Micheal, originally from Slovakia has been working as a chef for over 10 years. For Christmas in Ballsbridge, Girl and the Goose Restaurant are going to create superb Christmas Menus to suit all tastes. We love catering for large parties especially at Christmas time. For groups of 10+ you can choose from our pre-set Christmas menu packages. Please note: Groups of 10 or more, a service charge of 12.5% is automatically added. All gratuities are divided among the team that serves you. For the Christmas Dinner Menu, on busy days we require 2.5 hour sittings starting at approximately 3.00pm, 6.00pm and 9.00pm.
